I have been working with adolescents and adults for a long time, focusing on improving their mental health and overall quality of life. My therapeutic approach is based on empowering you and helping you unlock your inner potential using positive psychology techniques.


Balancing the mind, body and soul is a critical step for a person to find inner peace. In my opinion, real development is achieved when these three elements are in harmony. Understanding our emotions, solving our physical reactions and guiding ourselves spiritually are the cornerstones of a healthy life.
